To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All Manufacturer Direct items are final sale, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

D. EXCHANGES
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
